genuine kindness diverse menu aesthetic appeal strong water pressure
the staff showed genuine kindness the breakfasts offered a diverse menu i liked the hotel's aesthetic appeal and its grounds my room featured a large balcony with a sea view. i found the beds comfortable and the bathroom provided strong water pressure. the room also included comfortable pillows.
i noticed several bugs in the swimming pool area they should clean the pool more frequently.

the hotel overlooks the sea i observed surrounding natural beauty. i could hear birds singing nearby. despite this peaceful setting the location is a short taxi ride to the casino area it takes around 10 minutes.

doris at the front desk was helpful with check-in. jackie on the first floor gave good food recommendations. the location is away from casinos and offers a quiet atmosphere..
the toilet in my room did not work properly and required multiple flushes. the concierge did not provide sufficient guidance regarding transportation. taxis were expensive and not readily available..

attentive staff amazing drinks excellent service extra night
I appreciated the attentive staff. They crafted AMAZING drinks. I also loved the lounge bar's service. Staff provided EXCELLENT restaurant service. I extended my stay because of them.
The air conditioning was TOO cold. Even after adjustments, it KEPT cooling the room excessively

the breakfast had a wide variety, it covered both western and asian options (i really appreciated that). dishes at the restaurant were served in large portions. i found them tasty and satisfying. our stay definitely met my expectations.
the taxi service was limited. taxis were also hard to get at times from the hotel. also, the concierge didn't provide enough guidance. the toilet wasn't working properly.

amazing stay!
terrific spot big terrace total quiet potential update
first off, they surprised my wife! we loved that! the hotel sits in a terrific spot overlooking the beach it's so cool to hear birds when i wake up. from the big terrace, you see green stuff, birds. total quiet. i could tell the hotel could use some updates but it has so much potential.
The temperature in the shower was only a little warm. It could have been hotter! the location is a bit far.

The hotel service seemed very pleasant. I started at the door, moving to reception, spa. restaurant. Even housekeeping were great. Everyone was kind. the staff cleaned rooms quickly and gave us extra water bottles

the rooms feel huge including super comfy beds, also a bathroom with both a shower and a tub, i definitely enjoyed it. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony felt big and well-equipped.
